Keyline Cleaning (“Keyline”) is a referral service. You tell us about a move-out or move-in cleaning, and we pass your request to an independent cleaning company serving your area. This page explains what we collect and who sees it.
What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect the details you enter: property type, number of bedrooms, city, your move-out date (optional), and the phone number or email address you give us as the best way to reach you. Like any website, our hosting and content delivery provider also see standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page.
How we use it
We use your details to send your request to a cleaning company serving your area so it can contact you with a quote, and to check how well the service is working. We do not sell your information.
Who receives it
- A cleaning company. Your request is shared with the independent cleaning company we pass it to. Once it contacts you, its own privacy practices apply to what it holds.
- Service providers. We use an email delivery service to send your request on, an automation tool to process the form, and Cloudflare to host and deliver the site. They handle your details only to provide those services.
- Google Fonts. Your browser loads fonts from Google when you open a page, which sends your IP address to Google.
How long we keep it
We keep request details only as long as needed to connect you with a cleaning company and to review how the service is working.
Your choices
To ask us to correct or delete the details you sent, email [email protected]. We can remove what we hold, but we cannot control what a cleaning company has already received, so you would need to ask it directly.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
